Environment

Operating responsibly takes careful planning, commitment and implementation. We strive to demonstrate that mining can be done responsibly every day because we know it is our current performance that matters. That’s why we uphold industry best practices and strictly adhere to safety and environmental regulations. We asses our potential impacts and identify ways to mitigate these to ensure our environmental footprint is as small as possible. Clean air, water, and soil are important to all of us.

The DeLamar Project site is currently in closure status with the State of Idaho, after being very successfully reclamated following the last stages of its active mine life in the late 1990’s. The site is in good standing, with many of the same employees that completed the award-winning reclamation still on staff, maintaining the highest standards of environmental stewardship.
